SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Treasures offers free worldwide shipping on any order €200 or more
Shipping within Europe: FREE
International Shipping: €30,00 Flat rate

Orders placed with Treasures will generally ship within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Friday before 10 am will be shipped day of, any orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the following Monday.
Please note styles marked "PRE ORDER" will be made on demand, crafted for you in our studio in Bali and shipped to you within 15 business days. We do not accept returns on Pre-ordered items, however, you are welcome to exchange it for another style from our collection in stock.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment please contact Treasures Customer Care at info@treasures-design.com with your request. If for any reason your order is to be delayed or cancelled – due to stock, payment or otherwise – we will contact you via email. If you wish to cancel an order placed on our website please notify Treasures Customer Care at info@treasures-design.com as early as possible.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


Treasures ships worldwide! Please note you are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, you can return all full-price products* within 14 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

Please note we can't accept returns if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than during the fitting.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS
- You may exchange your order up to 14 days after receipt
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  If you have received free shipping and want to make a return for a full refund, we will deduct a €30,00 shipping/restocking fee from your refund. Exchanges or returns for store credit may be made at no additional charge.
- The costs for returning your order to Treasures-Design are for your own charges.

- International customers are liable for all import duties and customs that will be charged by your country for returns. Payment will be necessary to release your order from customs before delivery.
- Until we receive the item in our office, the shipping is at your own risk. Treasures Design cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back. We recommend you to ship the item by courier or registered post and that you retain proof of sending.
- When we have received and processed the return package and the returned items in good order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We strive to process your return within 3-5 working days after receipt. After this we will refund the refund amount to your account as soon as possible. Our aim is a refund within 7 working days after your return has been processed. Refunds will in any case be made within the statutory period of 30 days.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to Treasures Design at your expense unless the goods are faulty. If you received a faulty item, please contact us directly by email and we will arrange to refund your postage expenses.

 

*Please note that purchase of any sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. This is inclusive of items purchased from the sale category, as well as any items purchased with a discount or promotional codes.

 


To return items, please follow the steps below:

- contact: info@treasures-design.com

 

- Pack the items undamaged and unworn, with all cards attached and neatly packed in the original packaging

- Have the parcel stamped and sent. Keep the receipt in a safe place, it contains the track & trace code so you can follow the parcel and see if it has arrived in good order. Write your order number on the label at the return address and always send your packing slip, otherwise we cannot process your return package.
- As soon as the return package has been approved by our returns department you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return or exchange is complete
