What is the Delivery time?
Fast Delivery time with DHL Express, Fedex or TNT express:
Treasures offers premium courier shipping like Fedex, TNT express and DHL. This takes 2 to 4 working days to destinations worldwide, excluding any time your package may spend at customs.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification from us so you can track your order.
How can I pay?
Through Ideal, Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Credit card
What if I have a different delivery address?
You can provide a different delivery address during the ordering process. Did you enter an incorrect address? Then please contact us a.s.a.p. (before 5.00 pm). Then we can look if we can adjust this.
I have not received my order yet?
You can follow the package via the Track & Trace code that you received. If you do not have your order within 4 (working) days after receiving your track and trace code, please inform us as soon as possible. Then we help you to trace your package as quickly as possible.
How does the custom-orders process work?
Any product listed online as pre-order is not currently in stock, yet still available for purchase. Sourced from the highest quality leathers and suede, your piece will be handcrafted by our talented artisans after checkout, and ready for shipment within 15-20 working days or sooner.

What is the delivery time of a custom-order style?
After purchasing online, your style is crafted for you by our tailors. Please allow 15-20 working days for this process, depending on the nature of the style purchased. We will email you to advise you of this upon placing the order and keep you updated for once your order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders shipped generally take around 5 – 10 days to reach your address, depending on your country of residence. Delays may apply due to COVID-19.
What if I need to make a change to my order?
Changes can only be made to your order before it has been placed with our team of tailors. Please note we do not provide refund for any change of mind purchases or where you have chosen incorrect colour or sizing so please be extra careful when placing your order and double check as advised in email confirmation. All purchases are custom made with care, so please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

Changes can only be made to your order before it has been placed with our team of tailors. If you need to make changes to your order, have entered the incorrect address, or shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible via email: email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate for this. Please note we do not provide refund for any change of mind purchases or where you have chosen incorrect colour or sizing so please be extra careful before submitting your order, please carefully review all cart items, sizes, colors, payment, and shipping details.
Can I exchange an item that I ordered?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, or for change of mind purchases, we will accept return of your full price item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days from receipt of your order.

When will I receive a response to my return?
We handle the returns within 7 (working) days after receiving the return. Do you want to know if your return has already been received by us? Then look at the track & trace that you received from the post office.
